I suppose I owe you an explanation. Weightlifters out there may have already figured this out. A "Pussy Pillow" is the foam wrap you put around a barbell when you are doing squats. The "Pussy" in this case refers to the pansy-assed weightlifter (me) that isn't tough enough to handle the metal bar right on their shirt. Right now, the only thing that DOESN'T hurt is the back of my neck.
