Touchdown, Safe and Sound

Guest post, courtesy of The Wife:

Short one today, friends. Just a quick note to say the good Dr. called yesterday (at 2:30 a.m., his time) to say he's now in country. Wish him well.

Godspeed you home, my love.

Respectfully submitted,

The Wife

I love you!

Thanks for keeping the blog fires burning.

And yes, I can now access my blog! I hope to have a post up soon. That may disappoint some of you because "The Wife" seems to (once again) be better at this than me.

Sincerely, you should both keep posting.

Best of luck and come home soon!

I love the concept of a conversation between a husband and wife seperated by not only an ocean, but by an army.

Keep writing "The Wife"!

Please let us know what's going on and how we can help Doc!

Hoo ah! Modern technology abounds with greatness! Something about having the ability to keep in contact with the world at home makes life in deployment just a little bit easier. It's almost taken the place of waiting for that goody-box from home to arrive. I say 'almost' because you can't send cookies over fiber optic cable lines.
